History
GLO CPAs, LLLP was established in 1981 when W. Carl Glaw founded Glaw & Company, P.C. From 1981 to 2000, Glaw & Company established itself as a progressive public accounting firm with a reputation for innovative tax solutions, high-quality audits, and in-depth management advisory solutions.
For 10 years, Glaw & Company focused its expertise on professionals and businesses in the healthcare industry. In 2000, the firm embarked on an innovative plan to provide a diverse range of complementary services under one roof. Bond, Snider, Glaw & Londergan (BSG&L) was created as a single, multi-disciplinary firm offering accounting, financial planning and ancillary services to individuals and business owners. Through a cooperative network of highly-trained professionals, the firm provided a wide range of support and a more comprehensive approach to client service.
 This entity has evolved into BSG&L Financial Services, which offers a broad spectrum of financial planning and wealth management expertise to clients of the firm.
To further improve and enhance its capabilities,
Glaw & Company merged with O'Neal CPA Group in early
2004 and formed GL&O which was later renamed to
GLO CPAs, LLLP. Today, GLO CPAs, in conjunction with BSG&L Financial Services,
continues to provide value, convenience, and seasoned expertise to clients in Houston
and around the world.
